Viagem à Paraty de 2 a 4 de Outubro / Trip to Paraty from 2 - 4 of october

A VIAGEM:

Nós sairemos do MAM (Museu de Arte Moderna, o mesmo local de saída da última viagem) às 8:30 do dia 2 (próxima sexta-feira) e retornaremos no dia 4 (domingo), no final da tarde. O que está INCLUÍDO NA VIAGEM:

- Transporte de ida e de volta + a taxa de entrada de ônibus de turismo na cidade;
- Hospedagem por 2 noites;
- Café da manhã no sábado e no domingo;
- Jantar num dos melhores restaurantes da cidade na sexta-feira, incluindo uma bebida;
- Passeio de scuna(barco) por diversas praias e ilhas da região, saindo no sábado de manhã e retornando no final da tarde;
- Almoço durante o passeio de barco;


Tudo isso por apenas R$140!!!! É muito barato galera, se vocês resolvessem ir por conta própria, somente a passagem e a hospedagem já custaria isso! COMO SE INSCREVER E FAZER O PAGAMENTO:

A pedido do local onde vamos ficar hospedados e da empresa do passeio de barco, nós vamos precisar fazer todo o pagamento ANTES da viagem. Portanto, para garantir sua ida, você terá que encontrar com a gente para fazer a inscrição e o pagamento. Por isso, estamos marcando o seguinte encontro:

Na próxima terça-feira (dia 29), a partir das 21h e até a meia-noite, estaremos no bar Empório (em Ipanema, na rua Maria Quitéria, 37 - perto da Praça Nossa Senhora da Paz), para receber o dinheiro e para que vocês preencham a ficha de inscrição para a viagem. Para preencher a ficha de inscrição, vocês precisarão do número de passaporte, email, telefone e endereço.

Portanto, caso você não possa ir no dia e vá pedir para algum amigo fazer a sua inscrição, não esqueça de dar esses dados!!! Depois de preencher a ficha e fazer o pagamento dos R$140, aí sim sua vaga está garantida! Sentimos pelo inconveniente de ter que fazer isso, pra gente também é chato, mas se não fosse assim a viagem ficaria muito mais cara!! Então vamos aproveitar para fazer esse encontro e nos divertirmos um pouco juntos também!

Alguns detalhes importantes:
- Há somente cerca de 70 vagas para a viagem por conta do limite no ônibus e na pousada, e a prioridade é de quem pagar e preencher a ficha antes!
- Caso você tenha aula/trabalho na sexta-feira e mesmo assim queira ir pra viagem, não tem problema! Você pode pegar um ônibus normal na Rodoviária Novo Rio, encontrar com a gente em Paraty e voltar com o nosso ônibus! Mas o preço da viagem será o mesmo ok?
- Vocês também podem chamar seus amigos para ir lá na terça ou fazer a inscrição na viagem pra eles caso hajam vagas, mas a prioridade é dos estudantes de intercâmbio da UFRJ, portanto se sobrarem vagas, eles serão muito bem-vindos! Mas nós só vamos saber disso na terça de noite, quando vocês forem lá fazer a inscrição!

THE TRIP:

We'll leave from MAM (Museu de Arte Moderna, the same place of the last trip) at 8:30am of the 2nd of october (next friday) and will be back on sunday. What is INCLUDED ON THE TRIP:

- Bus to go and come back + the tax for a touristic bus to get inside the city;
- Housing for the 2 nights
- Breakfast on saturday and sunday;
- Dinner at one of the best restaurants of the city on friday, including one drink;
- Boat trip, visiting many beaches and islands of the region, leaving on saturday morning and returning at the end of the afternoon;
- Lunch during the boat trip;

All this for only R$140!!!! It's very cheap guys, if you decided to go on your own, only the bus ticket and the housing would cost that! So don't miss this chance to visit one of the prettiest cities and some of the nicest beaches of Brasil, together with the group of the exchange students of UFRJ!!!


HOW TO CONFIRM AND DO THE PAYMENT:

Because of a request from the hostel and the company that we'll do the boat trip, we'll have to do the payment BEFORE the trip. So, to guarantee you place, you'll have to meet us to confirm and do the payment. Because of that, we'll have this meeting:

Next Tuesday (29th), at 21:00 and until midnight, we'll be at the bar Empório (in Ipanema: Maria Quitéria street, 37 - Near Nossa Senhora da Paz square), to receive the money and the form you'll have to fill to confirm your place. To have your confirmation, we're gonna need you passport number, email, telefone and adress.

So, in case you can't go on the meeting and is gonna ask a friend to confirm for you, don't forget these infos!! After filling the form and doing the payment of R$140, then you'll be confirmed for the trip! We're sorry for the inconvenience of having to do this, it's also annoying for us, but if it wasn't like this the trip would be much more expensive! So let's use this opportunity to have some fun together as well!

Some other important infos:
- There are only around 70 places for the trip because of the seats on the 2 buses and the beds at the hostel, so the priority is for who pays and fills up the form before!
- In case you have classes/work on friday and still wanna come to the trip, you can! You can get a normal bus to get to Paraty at Rodoviária Novo Rio, meet us there, and then come back with our bus...but the price of the trip will be the same!
- You can also invite your friends that are not exchange students at UFRJ to go there and enroll for the trip in case there are places left, but the priority is for the exchange students of UFRJ, so if there are some places left, they'll be more than welcome! But we'll only know that on tuesday evening, when everybody goes there to confirm!
